The Opportunity:

Meta4 Group is looking for a Japanese Customer Service Representative based in Shanghai responsible for making sure our members’ happiness and comfort in using our service and share useful information with the company for improvements in the service and contributes in business decision makings.

The Customer Service Representative (CS)’s primary duties would include:

Responsibilities:

• Replying and fulfilling members’ requests and questions:
• Fulfill member’s requests/questions and notify them within 24 hours each day.
• Coordinate with respective department (mostly technical team) to solve problems for members.
• Coordinate with overseas offices as necessary to solve any problems of members worldwide.

Share information for better services and business decisions:
• Make sure smooth daily operation and create daily reports.
• Regularly check sites and inform person in charge to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Create monthly report to systematically share statistical data and highlight any unusual trend/incidences and give suggestions/convey members’ wishes for service/business improvements.

Requirements:

• Native Japanese speaker with fluency in English
• Computer literate (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Work 5 days per week. Take a day off on weekdays for the work on weekends.
• Responsible and team worker.
• College Degree and above.
