You spend a lot of time chatting online and wish you could be paid for that, but don’t really believe it is possible?

Well, we’re looking for a few Online Guides based in Shanghai, Hong Kong, or Tokyo, to help us make sure members feel happy and comfortable in the community, and help us improve the service and its features.

You will:

• Orient (new) members for better use of functionalities.
• Help members to enjoy WFN system and community.
• Bring a good atmosphere to the community.
• Make sure smooth daily operation and create daily reports.
• Regularly check sites and inform person in charge to ensure uninterrupted services.

You are:

• Fluent in written/read English.
• Computer literate (Web tools, Word/Excel, and chatting tools).
• Responsible and a team worker.
• Able to improvise and work independently.
• College Level (finished or about to).
• (Fluent in Japanese, not required but a plus)

This is a Mon-Fri part-time or full-time gig.
